REFUND POLICY

Rocket Power Wash LLC is committed to providing professional exterior cleaning services with quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to the scheduling, labor, equipment preparation, chemical purchasing, and operational costs associated with our services, the following refund policy applies:

Deposits
A deposit of up to one-third (1/3) of the total quoted service price may be required prior to scheduling certain projects. Deposits are used to reserve scheduling availability, secure materials, and cover pre-service operational expenses.

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE once the project has been scheduled unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Rocket Power Wash LLC.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers requesting cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may forfeit their deposit.

Rocket Power Wash LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, unsafe working conditions, equipment failure, or unforeseen operational circumstances without penalty.

If the customer requests repeated rescheduling that results in lost scheduling opportunities, Rocket Power Wash LLC may retain part or all of the deposit.

Service Satisfaction
Customers must notify Rocket Power Wash LLC of any service-related concerns within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate workmanship concerns.

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Pre-existing staining, oxidation, or permanent discoloration

• Organic staining returning after service due to environmental conditions

• Failure of old surfaces, caulking, paint, mortar, or materials during cleaning

• Water intrusion caused by defective construction, aging materials, or improperly sealed surfaces

• Conditions outside of our control

• Customer dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations

Once services have been substantially completed, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first providing Rocket Power Wash LLC the opportunity to address concerns and attempt resolution.

Rocket Power Wash LLC reserves the right to pursue collection efforts, legal remedies, and recovery of fees associated with unjustified payment disputes or unpaid balances.

DISCLAIMER & RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By approving service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with exterior cleaning services.

Exterior cleaning may reveal or expose pre-existing defects including but not limited to:

• Oxidation

• Faded siding

• Loose paint

• Cracked mortar

• Failed window seals

• Brittle vinyl

• Wood rot

• Deteriorated caulking

• Existing leaks

• Surface imperfections

• Prior repair inconsistencies

Rocket Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Improperly maintained surfaces

• Aging materials

• Manufacturer defects

• Previously damaged areas

• Improper installation

• Hidden structural issues

• Electrical issues unrelated to our operations

• Water intrusion through defective doors, windows, siding, or roofing systems

Roof Cleaning Disclaimer
Roof cleaning removes organic growth and staining; however, heavy staining, lichen, oxidation, or discoloration may not be fully removable. Walking on roofs may occasionally result in cracked brittle shingles on older roofs.

Concrete & Paver Cleaning Disclaimer
Pressure washing may expose pre-existing cracks, aggregate exposure, joint washout, surface pitting, or prior repairs. Some stains such as rust, oil, battery acid, and fertilizer staining may be permanent.

Wood Cleaning Disclaimer
Wood surfaces may become fuzzy, splintered, or uneven in appearance after cleaning due to age, moisture content, UV damage, or previous coatings.

Window & Oxidation Disclaimer
Cleaning may expose oxidation, tiger striping, hard water stains, or failed window seals that existed prior to service.

The customer agrees to provide access to water sources, electrical access if needed, and clear work areas prior to service. Rocket Power Wash LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.

Approval of service constitutes acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of the risks associated with exterior cleaning.
